Dresden Files Co-op Card Game Adds Its Sixth Expansion ‘Faithful Friends’

Dive into the supernatural world of The Dresden Files Cooperative Card Game with its latest expansion, Faithful Friends! This sixth full-sized expansion, published by Hidden Achievement and developed by Evil Hat Productions, takes players on a thrilling journey through the events of Jim Butcher's 16th and 17th novels, Peace Talks and Battle Ground.

Based on the popular book series, which began in 2000 and now boasts 17 novels, the game features Harry Dresden, a wizarding private investigator battling supernatural forces in Chicago. Faithful Friends introduces two exciting new playable characters: River Shoulders and Sir Waldo, adding depth and fresh challenges to the already engaging gameplay.

What's New in Faithful Friends?

This expansion delivers:

  • New card decks mirroring the events of Peace Talks and Battle Ground.
  • Two brand-new playable characters: River Shoulders and Sir Waldo.
  • Intensified challenges and new cases to solve.
  • Innovative card mechanics and formidable new enemies.

The Dresden Files Co-op Card Game Experience:

The game immerses players in the world of Harry Dresden, where they'll encounter a diverse cast of supernatural beings, including vampires, faeries, demons, spirits, and werewolves. Players collaborate with familiar characters like Murphy, Susan, Michael, and the Alphas, tackling scenarios based on the novels and the randomized Side Jobs, inspired by the short story collection.

Supporting 1-5 players, each game session offers approximately 30 minutes of strategic gameplay and compelling storytelling. The cross-platform compatibility and multiple game modes enhance replayability. Available on the Google Play Store, the game provides a perfect blend of strategy and narrative.
