Freedom Wars Remastered: Max CODE Level Revealed

Quick Links

In Freedom Wars Remastered, every action you take is geared towards reducing your staggering one million-year sentence—a sentence you received simply for being born. As you work tirelessly to shorten your prison term, you're also focused on boosting your CODE level to simplify life as a sinner.

Your CODE level unlocks a variety of Entitlements, which can significantly enhance your gameplay. These Entitlements allow you to run longer or upgrade your comrades and gear, making battles against Abductors much more manageable. Let's delve into the specifics of the CODE levels and how you can progress through them.

How Many CODE Levels Are In Freedom Wars Remastered

Freedom Wars Remastered offers a total of eight CODE levels for players to advance through. Once you've upgraded your CODE level, there's no going back, so you don't have to worry about inadvertently increasing your prison sentence beyond the necessary level, especially in Deadly Sinner Mode. Each time you ascend to a new CODE level, you gain access to more Entitlements for purchase and additional operations to tackle.

How To Increase Your CODE Level In Freedom Wars Remastered

To find out how to upgrade your CODE level, simply speak to your Accessory in your cell and select "Check CODE Upgrade Conditions". Typically, you'll need to reach specific year milestones in your prison sentence and unlock certain Entitlements. It's wise to check this menu regularly to avoid squandering your Entitlement Points on less crucial upgrades. Otherwise, you might need to donate resources to acquire more points.

Donating just one high-end resource or weapon can often provide enough points for multiple Entitlements.

Advancing your CODE level involves fulfilling all the listed conditions, but it's also intricately linked to the main story. You must complete the main story missions and operations, alongside meeting those conditions, to pass the CODE exam, which is part of the storyline. Sometimes, the main story serves as a substitute for the CODE exam needed to reach the next level.

Operations are categorized by CODE levels, indicating their general difficulty. You'll complete most operations as you progress through the story of a CODE, though some optional operations may become available after you advance, offering additional support if you're not yet ready for the challenges of your new CODE level.
