Haiku Games Releases New Mystery Puzzle Game Puzzletown Mysteries on Android

Haiku Games boasts an extensive lineup of story-driven puzzle adventures, and their newest Android release - Puzzletown Mysteries - continues this tradition. The developer's Adventure Escape series currently spans 13 titles, while their Solve It games remain equally popular among puzzle enthusiasts.

Welcome to Puzzletown Mysteries

This charming puzzle adventure blends classic brain teasers with light detective work. Players assist investigators Lana and Barry through various small-town cases by solving sliding block puzzles, pattern recognition challenges, and other clever conundrums.

The game presents low-stakes but engaging mysteries - from missing pets to suspicious accidents - with over 400 varied puzzles. Gameplay involves evidence organization, clue combining, and hidden object searches that progress each investigation.

Gameplay Breakdown

Each case begins with a hidden object segment. Finding all items unlocks clues that advance the story through bite-sized puzzle sequences. Earned stars help push investigations forward in this satisfying gameplay loop.

Visual Polish & New Content

After a regional soft launch, the global version debuts with enhanced visuals for Main Street, additional co-op levels, and a new Gold Pass system. The developers, self-described escape room and puzzle competition enthusiasts, infuse their games with meticulous attention to detail.

Puzzletown Mysteries exemplifies Haiku's signature style with beautifully rendered digital paintings complementing their collection of cozy, brain-teasing minigames. The free-to-play title offers full offline playability.
