Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery's 2024 Halloween update has arrived, bringing a chilling celebration of Dark Arts throughout October and November! Expect a spooky makeover of the game, with eerie events and festive decorations transforming Diagon Alley and Hogwarts Castle. New locations join the Halloween festivities this year as well.
A Spooky Good Time
Immerse yourself in the Halloween atmosphere immediately upon entering the game. Prepare for a House-themed pumpkin hunt with magical rewards leading up to October 31st. A thrilling Creature Expedition challenges you to confront the fearsome Acromantula.
This year's update also features the Swooping Evil, the creepy brain-eating creature from Fantastic Beasts. A special adventure requires your help in capturing this creature before it causes harm within Hogwarts Castle.
A new side quest, "The Vampire of Hogsmeade," introduces vampires lurking near Hogwarts, prompting Professor Dumbledore to close Hogsmeade. Unlocking the One-Eyed Witch statue is key to uncovering the mystery hidden within the fog.
New Additions to the Halloween Update
The Hogwarts Diary is a brand-new feature. Completing various in-game activities unlocks puzzle pieces. Each completed diary section reveals artwork via magical inkwells, gradually unveiling a captivating overarching narrative.
Your journey begins in the library with Madam Pince, where you'll search for the Lost Spore Scrolls. These scrolls, left by former Hogwarts headmistress Professor Phyllida Spore, hold the secrets of the school's magical fungi.
