Initiating the "Soaring Above the Starry Sky" Quest:
Begin at the Stellar Fishing Ground Peak Warp Spire. Locate and interact with Curious Pinny to start the quest. Follow the in-game marker to Lensie's house.
Grooming the Astral Swan:
Simply use a grooming Ability Outfit (such as Bye-Bye Dust) on the Astral Swan. This will yield the Astral Feather.
Equipping the Floral Gliding Outfit:
Equip the Floral Gliding Ability Outfit. For clarity, it's recommended to change into this complete outfit set from your wardrobe.
Flying with the Astral Swan:
