Heartfelt Thoughts are exclusively obtained from the Phantom Trial: Wish Master Chigda, accessible through a Warp Spire in the Realm of Breakthrough. Completing this trial, which costs 60 Vital Energy, rewards one Heartfelt Thought.

Important Note: Weekly Limit
The Realm of Breakthrough resets weekly, allowing only one reward claim per week. This means players can earn a maximum of one Heartfelt Thought per week.
