Best Decks in Pokémon TCG Pocket: Mythical Island

Celebi EX and Serperior Combo

This popular deck aims for rapid Serperior deployment. Serperior's Jungle Totem ability doubles the Energy count on all Grass Pokémon, including Celebi EX, dramatically boosting Celebi EX's attack potential through increased coin flips. Dhelmise, also benefiting from Jungle Totem, serves as a secondary attacker. While powerful, this deck is vulnerable to Blaine decks. Exeggcute and Exeggcutor EX offer viable alternatives if you lack Dhelmise.

Scolipede Koga Bounce

This upgraded classic relies on Koga's ability to bounce Weezing back to your hand, providing a free retreat and enabling repeated Poison attacks. Whirlipede and Scolipede enhance Poison consistency, while Leaf facilitates Pokémon movement alongside Koga.

Psychic Alakazam

Mew EX provides early game resilience and setup time for Alakazam. Mew EX's attacks, Psyshot and Genome Hacking, offer both offensive and defensive options. Budding Expeditioner aids in Mew EX's retreat. Crucially, Alakazam effectively counters the Celebi EX/Serperior combo due to Psychic's damage scaling with opponent's Energy.

Pikachu EX V2

Pikachu EX V2 Deck

The ever-reliable Pikachu EX deck remains strong post-Mythical Island, enhanced by the addition of Dedenne. Dedenne serves as an early-game attacker and can inflict Paralysis. Pikachu EX's low HP is mitigated by Blue's defensive capabilities. The core strategy remains the same: fill the bench with Electric Pokémon and unleash Pikachu EX.
