Netflix Opens Pre-Registration For SpongeBob Bubble Pop

Netflix is releasing a new SpongeBob SquarePants game soon: SpongeBob Bubble Pop! Pre-registration is now open on Android. While it might resemble the 2015 iOS game, SpongeBob Bubble Party, this new title, developed by Tic Toc Games (creators of Rift of the NecroDancer), promises a fresh and engaging experience, especially considering Bubble Party's lack of recent updates.

SpongeBob Bubble Pop Gameplay:

Following the September 2022 release of SpongeBob: Get Cooking, Netflix delivers another SpongeBob adventure. As the name suggests, players pop bubbles alongside SpongeBob and his friends. The Flying Dutchman's whimsical makeover of Bikini Bottom, involving an excessive amount of bubbles, sets the stage for bubble-popping puzzle fun. SpongeBob, utilizing his absorbent abilities, tackles the bubbly mess.

Expect a lighthearted and entertaining experience featuring familiar characters like Mr. Krabs, Patrick, and Squidward. Players explore iconic Bikini Bottom locations, including the Krusty Krab and Sandy's Tree Dome. While a gameplay trailer is yet to be released, the game promises customization options for SpongeBob's attire, including the Krusty Krab uniform and classic suspenders, with additional costumes obtainable through a Skill Crane mini-game.

Android Release Date:

SpongeBob Bubble Pop is slated for release on September 17th. Pre-register on the Google Play Store to be ready to play on launch day.
