Your search begins in Emerald Stair, the second major area in Avowed. Head to the northeast end of Coastal Farms, where you'll find a large house situated before a rocky cliff face. Before entering, prepare for a fight; numerous enemies guard the house.
Unlocking the Painter's Regret House
Don't expect a simple stroll through the front door—it's locked! After defeating the external enemies, circumvent the house to the right. You'll discover a walkway leading to an accessible back door. Once inside, locate the large painting on an easel—this is your treasure map!
With the map in hand, journey to the western riverbank southwest of Fior mes Iverno to unearth the treasure. Your reward? The Painter's Brush, a unique trinket boosting your critical hit chance by 5%, significantly enhancing your combat prowess in the Living Lands.
