Marauder Tech Games launches the open alpha test of its tactical medieval fantasy game, Price of Glory: War Strategy. This turn-based strategy game features head-to-head duels set in a visually stunning yet harsh medieval world.
Gameplay Overview:
The game unfolds across diverse landscapes, from arid deserts to lush forests and fiery volcanic arenas. Players strategically maneuver their troops, fortifying their strongholds, and weakening enemy defenses within a 24-hour turn limit. A variety of factions and unit types are available, including scouts for reconnaissance, charging knights, and supporting healers. For faster-paced action, a five-minute blitz mode is also included.
Multiple Game Modes:
Price of Glory caters to various play styles. A casual skirmish mode allows players to experiment with strategies without high stakes. More competitive players can participate in single-elimination tournaments with substantial prizes. The game also offers salt tournaments (free-to-play, with salt crystals earned through ads or in-game tasks) and cash tournaments with opportunities for real-world winnings.
Resource Management:
Animo is the primary resource used for unit recruitment, movement, attacks, and special abilities. The limited Animo per turn emphasizes strategic decision-making, particularly in player-versus-player encounters.
