Upon entering the open world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, prioritizing a permanent bed is essential. During the Wedding Crashers quest, choosing either Radovan's blacksmith route or Kreyzl's miller path will grant you sleeping quarters.
In my playthrough, I selected Radovan in Tachov due to its proximity to the starting area. Complete his smithing tutorial to unlock access to the adjacent sleeping chamber.
Your claimed bed appears on the world map and comes with a storage chest. Return here whenever you need health restoration through sleep.
Survival Sleeping at Campsites
When unable to reach your primary bed, roadside campsites offer alternative rest spots throughout Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's wilderness. Some may require clearing bandits before use.
Discovered campsites appear on your map, allowing interaction with bedrolls. These provide lower comfort than proper beds but fulfill basic needs.
