Sega has just rolled out an exciting content update for Sonic Racing, bringing fresh challenges and characters to the high-speed multiplayer action racer. Available exclusively on Apple Arcade, the latest addition enhances the competitive racing experience while still encouraging teamwork within the Sonic Racing community. And of course, more cosmetics are here too.
At the forefront of Sonic Racing’s latest update is the introduction of community challenges. You now have the opportunity to team up with the global Sonic Racing community to complete objectives and unlock rewards together. It's a great way to collaborate with others and gain access to exclusive rewards.
This update also introduces two new racers to the lineup. Popstar Amy can be unlocked through time trials, while Idol Shadow becomes available through community challenge participation. They join earlier additions Rockstar Rouge and DJ Vector, expanding the roster and introducing more characters from the iconic franchise.
Sonic Racing brings the fast-paced action inspired by Team Sonic Racing to your fingertips, allowing you to race as one of 15 characters from the Sonic universe. The racer includes time trials, team combos, and 15 tracks spread across five zones. Each track offers a different challenge, giving you plenty to master as you speed toward victory.
