Wuthering Waves Unveils Phoebe and Brant as Upcoming 5-Star Rinascita Characters
Version 2.1 of Wuthering Waves will introduce Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-Star Rinascita characters. While their exact weapon types and elements remain unconfirmed, lore suggests Phoebe will be a Spectro unit and Brant a sword wielder. Both characters are expected to significantly impact future updates.
