How Bullseye Works in Marvel Snap
Bullseye is a 3-cost, 3-power card with the ability: “Activate: Discard all cards that cost 1 or less from your hand. Afflict that many different enemy cards with -2 Power.” Prepare for a Luke Cage counter-strategy, as Bullseye is a key component in many discard decks.
Before turn 6, activating Bullseye discards all 0 or 1-cost cards from your hand (including those discounted by effects like Swarm). He synergizes well with cards like X-23 and Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), though this synergy isn't widely discussed yet. However, like other Activate cards, he's ineffective on the final turn, and his 3-cost limits his play window.
Crucially, Bullseye’s ability affects different enemy cards; he won't hit the same card multiple times. While not capable of overwhelming a single card, he provides a blanket -2 power debuff across your opponent's board, potentially securing lane wins.
Best Day One Bullseye Decks in Marvel Snap
Bullseye fits best within discard deck variations. An all-Bullseye deck using Swarm and Daken isn't optimal; instead, integrating him into a standard discard list proves more effective. Consider this deck:
Scorn | X-23 | Blade | Morbius | Hawkeye (Kate Bishop) | Swarm | Colleen Wing | Bullseye | Dracula | Proxima Midnight | MODOK | Apocalypse [Click here to copy this list from Untapped.]
Series 5 cards (Scorn, Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), Proxima Midnight) are crucial; Hawkeye (Kate Bishop) might be replaceable with Gambit. This deck is a standard discard list enhanced by Bullseye. With Bullseye on the board, you can play MODOK on turn 5, activate Bullseye, and debuff the opponent with Scorn, X-23, Blade, Hawkeye (Kate Bishop)'s arrows, and discounted Swarms. Regenerated Swarms and additional cards can then be played, enabling Dracula to acquire Apocalypse and win.
A Hellicarrier/Victoria Hand variant exists, but the above “classic” discard deck offers greater consistency.

Adapting Bullseye to the meta-dominant Hazmat/Ajax deck (despite nerfs) is also possible:
Silver Sable | Nebula | Hydra Bob | Hazmat | Hawkeye (Kate Bishop) | U.S. Agent | Luke Cage | Bullseye | Rocket & Groot | Anti-Venom | Man-Thing | Ajax [Click here to copy this list from Untapped.]
This expensive deck features several Series 5 cards (Silver Sable, Hydra Bob, Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), U.S. Agent, Rocket & Groot, Anti-Venom, Ajax). Hydra Bob is potentially replaceable with another 1-cost card. The deck aims to utilize Hazmat while securing lanes with U.S. Agent/Man-Thing and Ajax. Bullseye synergizes with several cards, acting as a secondary Hazmat, debuffing Silver Sable, Nebula, Hydra Bob, Hawkeye (Kate Bishop)'s arrows, and the 0-cost Anti-Venom. This boosts Ajax's effectiveness, often securing a lane victory. Whether this surpasses Red Guardian-based decks remains to be seen.
Is Bullseye Worth Spotlight Cache Keys or Collector’s Tokens?
For players who dislike discard or affliction decks, Bullseye is likely not worth the investment. His limited applicability makes him a less desirable choice, especially when considering Moonstone and the upcoming Surtur synergy.
