CD Projekt Recruits for New Game Hadar

Marcin Blacha, CD Projekt Red's VP and Narrative Lead, stressed that Project Hadar requires "top-tier talent." Experienced developers are invited to explore current openings and help shape this groundbreaking title.

Unlike The Witcher franchise (based on Andrzej Sapkowski's books) and Cyberpunk 2077 (inspired by tabletop gaming), Project Hadar unfolds in CD Projekt's completely original setting. While details are limited (we know it won't be cosmic horror), fewer than twenty developers had been working on it until recently.

CDPR office Image: x.comThe Hadar team currently seeks specialists across multiple disciplines: programmers, VFX artists, technical designers, narrative specialists, and quest developers. Senior developers calling this opportunity "generational" suggests the project has moved beyond prototypes into active development.

CD Projekt Red currently balances multiple major projects. The largest team focuses on Project Polaris - the inaugural chapter of Ciri's new Witcher trilogy. Separate teams are building a Cyberpunk 2077 successor and another Witcher universe installment.
