Epic Games Gives Away Happy Game for Free

Happy Game is Epic Games' free game this week

Claim this disturbing puzzle adventure permanently

Navigate three twisted nightmares to save a boy trapped in endless night terrors

The Epic Games Store mobile platform has announced this week's free offering - Happy Game from Amanita Design. Despite its cheerful title, this experience is anything but pleasant - except for players claiming this free permanent download.

Happy Game takes you through a psychedelic nightmare as a young boy who awakens from sleep into a grotesque world of chaos. Amanita Design applies their signature puzzle style seen in Chuchel, but transforms it into pure nightmare-inducing horror.

Players must conquer three distinct nightmares filled with bizarre, unsettling puzzles. Deceptively sweet visuals conceal disturbing imagery, accompanied by an eerie soundtrack from Czech band DVA that will haunt your nights.

Deceptive delight

Happy Game's creation by Amanita Design came as a surprise, especially knowing them primarily for family-friendly titles like Chuchel.

Unsure if Happy Game is worth trying? Our 2023 review awarded it four stars, praising its atmospheric horror elements.

If this dark adventure doesn't appeal, explore other new mobile releases in our weekly Top 5 Mobile Games list, updated every Thursday with recommendations across genres from puzzles to action.
