Borderlands Release SHiFT Code For Free In-Game Keys

3 Golden or Skeleton Keys for Any Existing Borderlands Game

Borderlands fans, get ready for a thrilling surprise! Gearbox, the masterminds behind the Borderlands series, have just released a new SHiFT code that allows players to claim three Golden Keys or Skeleton Keys for each Borderlands game. Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford shared the exciting news on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, saying "Good luck, and happy looting!"

The code you need to snag these keys is **SRFTJ-Z9BR3-3J3TJ-JT3JT-RS6C5**. You can redeem it in-game or via the official Gearbox SHiFT website until March 27th at 10 AM EDT / 7 AM PDT. This code works across the following titles:

• Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition
• Borderlands 2
• Borderlands 3
• Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
• Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands

The best part? You can use the same code across all these games, amassing a whopping total of 15 Golden or Skeleton Keys just by entering it once. That's a lot of legendary loot waiting for you!

Borderlands 4 Coming This September

This generous giveaway might not be as random as it seems. Gearbox often releases free SHiFT codes around special occasions like game anniversaries or, more notably, ahead of a new release in the series. And speaking of new releases, Borderlands 4 is set to hit the shelves on September 23rd, 2025. Announced at Gamescom last year, this latest installment promises an adrenaline-pumping experience with "intense action, badass Vault Hunters, and billions of wild and deadly weapons" set on the unexplored planet of Kairos. However, Kairos is under the iron grip of the Timekeeper, an oppressive dictator. It's up to you to spark a rebellion, blast through his forces, and avert a world-altering catastrophe.
