Genshin Impact 5.6 Update: Surprise Collaboration with Charlotte Tilbury Announced

Author : Jonathan May 08,2025

MiHoYo continues to push the boundaries of collaborations, and their latest announcement marks a new era for Genshin Impact. The game is set to partner with the luxury fashion brand Charlotte Tilbury, coinciding with the highly anticipated Version 5.6 update, slated for release on May 7th.

Version 5.6 promises an array of exciting new content. One of the highlights is a new Archon Quest featuring an interlude chapter that will transport players to Mondstadt. Here, you'll join forces with Albedo to confront a challenging trial and a monstrous invasion, with appearances from beloved characters like Venti, Lady Alice, and Dahlia enriching the storyline.

The update also introduces two new characters to the roster. The five-star character Escoffier, inspired by the renowned chef, brings culinary-themed combat skills to the battlefield. Complementing him is the four-star character Ifa, a sauro-vet who soars into battle alongside his saurian companion, Cacucu.

But the real excitement comes from the crossover with Charlotte Tilbury. Starting April 30th, fans can get their hands on two co-branded beauty boxes. These limited-edition boxes will feature exclusive Genshin merchandise themed around the popular character Mona, alongside Charlotte Tilbury's best-selling beauty products. This collaboration will be available in over 35 countries and regions, showcasing a unique blend of gaming and high-end fashion.
