King of Fighters AFK adds legendary fighter Rugal in latest update

Every fighting franchise has its ultimate boss—the one who turns both unprepared rookies and seasoned veterans into dust. Whether it’s Akuma, I-No, Heihachi, or, as KoF purists know well, Rugal Bernstein, these titans define the challenge. Now, Rugal steps back onto the battlefield as a legendary fighter in King of Fighters AFK.

Rugal perfectly blends the cartoonish flair of I-No, Heihachi’s megalomania, and Akuma’s unyielding boss-fight resilience into a cult-classic fighting icon. You can now add him to your team during his new pick-up event, which runs until November 26th.

This special window offers improved rates for securing Rugal. Additionally, the [Spike] Synergy Pick-Up Summon Event continues through the 26th, boosting your odds of pulling other fighters with the [Spike] synergy tag. Meanwhile, the Secret Agent Event (November 20–December 3) allows you to claim legendary pets Agent A and Rukal.
