Marvel Snap: Heralds of Galactus Usher Apocalypse

Author : Lillian Nov 27,2025
  • Marvel Snap is focusing on the cosmic realm, featuring Galactus and Silver Surfer.
  • First Steps versions of these characters, along with new heralds, are joining the roster.
  • Two new locations, shop takeovers, and additional content are coming to Snap.

With the premiere of Fantastic Four: First Steps, Marvel has reintroduced its iconic first family. While their box office success compared to the Avengers is yet to be seen, Marvel Snap is honoring the quartet's cinematic comeback, though the new Heralds of Galactus season shines a light primarily on the villains.

Galactus commands the spotlight with an ability that grants +2 power if your Herald is in play and you are winning another location. Silver Surfer's First Steps variant lets you copy the text of an On Reveal card when winning a location, creating natural synergy with Galactus.

Yet the attention isn't solely on these two. A host of other cosmic characters are entering the game, including Stardust (August 5th), Frankie Raye Nova (August 12th), The Fallen One (August 19th), and Cosmic Ghost Rider (August 26th), each equipped with game-altering abilities.

I Hail Galactus

That's not all. Red Shift and Terrax the Tamer join on August 5th, followed by Firelord on August 12th and Air Walker as the High Voltage reward for the returning mode. These newcomers will battle across two new locations: The Seventh Cosmos and Zenn-la.

Players looking for stylish new appearances for their favorite heroes should watch for upcoming shop takeovers. InHyuk Lee's Casual Pieces series, offering relaxed looks for popular heroes, will be available from August 12th to 13th.

For more cosmic adventures, consider the action-packed RPG Bloomtown. In this eerie town, your summer vacation takes a supernatural twist as bizarre, otherworldly creatures—threats worthy of Galactus—terrorize the residents, and only a brother and sister duo can save the day.
