Explore Padua's eight UNESCO World Heritage sites and their exquisite frescoes.
Padova Urbs Picta is the official app for exploring Padua's 14th-century frescoes: travel through time to admire Giotto's masterpieces and other artistic treasures from the fourteenth century that transformed the city into a cultural gem.
Visit all eight UNESCO World Heritage sites: Giotto's Scrovegni Chapel, the Church of the Eremitani, the Palazzo della Ragione, the Chapel of the Carraresi Palace, the Cathedral Baptistery, the Basilica and Monastery of St. Anthony, and the Oratories of St. George and St. Michael.
Each location is presented through 10 content entries: descriptive texts are paired with reference images. You can choose to read or listen to audio content, including an Autoplay mode. Use the glossary if any terms need clarification!
Track your activity completion percentage with the Journal and earn culture points! Collect badges and take the Quiz: unlock your medieval Beast and enjoy a story inspired by Padua’s historical events.
Plan your visit easily! Contact museum reception desks directly through the app or explore their websites. Navigate to these sites using the integrated Map with Google Maps geolocation.
We welcome your feedback—please share any observations via the app. Your insights are highly valued! Enjoy your journey!
