RealDash boasts compatibility with a wide range of ECUs, including (but not limited to): Autronic, CAN-Analyzer, DTAFast, EasyEcu, Ecumaster, Hondata, Hybrid EMS, KMS, Link ECU, MaxxECU, Megasquirt, Motorsport-Electronics, Nissan Consult I, OBD2 (via ELM327), Speeduino, Spitronics, SPLeinonen, Tatech, UltraSky EMS, Unichip, VEMS, and custom hardware solutions via an open protocol.

Game support includes: Assetto Corsa, BeamNG Drive, Codemasters F1 (2015-2020), Dirt Rally, Euro Truck Simulator 2, Forza Horizon 4, Forza Motorsport 7, Gran Turismo Sport, Gran Turismo 7, Grid 2, Live for Speed, and Project Cars.

Standalone Functionality:

Even without an ECU connection, RealDash leverages GPS and internal sensors for vehicle speed, location, speed limits, lap timing, acceleration data, and performance measurements (with slightly reduced accuracy).

Version 2.4.2-2 (October 3, 2024) Updates:

  • New: Slider gauge default graphics, option to disable automatic unit titles, OBD2 XML "keepInRotation" attribute, and new race tracks (Brazil, Mega Space).
  • Fixes: Resolved color issues in units tutorial, optimized trigger performance for dashboards with many gauges, corrected CAN monitor frame length, and prevented app crashes related to certain USB devices.
