Royal Petrol loyalty program for fuel and retail
Royal Petrol LLP operates gas stations and retail under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.
The Program rewards loyal and new customers at Royal Petrol gas stations and Continent mini markets with bonus points, exclusive discounts, and tailored offers based on participant preferences.
Rules govern the loyalty program for its members.
A Participant is an individual, aged 14 or older, legally able to make minor transactions, registered in the Program per its Rules, and holding a personal identification number as per Kazakhstan law.
Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) collects data from individuals registering for the Program per its Rules. By submitting the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily consents to the Company processing their personal data under Kazakhstan’s Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, on personal data protection. Processing includes advertising and informational campaigns via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, mail, and automated systems, including database creation. Consent remains valid until withdrawn in writing by the Participant.
Virtual Card is an electronic card generated in the Mobile Application, without a physical form.

The Mobile Application, developed by Royal Petrol for iOS and Android, supports smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
Bonus points (Bonuses) are units earned by Participants for purchases at Royal Petrol gas stations, as per Program terms. One Bonus point equals one tenge and can only be used for purchases at Royal Petrol stations.
The Bonus account tracks a Participant’s accrued, withdrawn, and current Bonus points in the Program’s database.
