Free Fire, Garena’s renowned mobile battle royale, is set to thrill fans once again at the Esports World Cup 2025 in Riyadh, with a staggering $1 million prize pool up for grabs. This event marks another exciting chapter in Free Fire's ongoing global esports journey, supported by a multi-year partnership with EWC that promises fans more action in 2026.

This summer, from July 16th to 20th, 18 of the world's top Free Fire squads will compete fiercely for the coveted prize. The tournament kicks off with a group stage, dividing the teams into three groups of six. The top twelve teams will advance to the Point-Rush stage, leading into the thrilling Grand Final, where the champion will be determined using the match point format. Adding to the excitement, a $10,000 bonus awaits the tournament's MVP, recognizing the best individual performance.

Reflecting on last year's event, Team Falcons made history by becoming the first Free Fire champions at the Esports World Cup 2024. Despite a challenging start in the Point-Rush stage, they surged forward with two crucial Booyahs in the finals, securing the trophy and a spot at the World Series in Rio.

Qualifiers for EWC 2025 are already in full swing. The FFWS SEA will conclude on June 14th, sending eight teams to Riyadh. LATAM and Brazil will contribute two and four teams, respectively, by June 1st and June 22nd. Additionally, one team each from Pakistan, the FF MSC, and Bangladesh will qualify, with Team Falcons returning as the defending champions.

If you think you have what it takes to compete, download Free Fire now and test your skills. For more details, visit the official website.
