After more than two years of anticipation, PC gamers of Grand Theft Auto V are set to receive a major update on March 4th. This update will align the PC version closely with the advanced features introduced in the PS5 and Xbox Series versions back in 2022. Excitingly, all current players will enjoy this upgrade at no additional cost, with their progress in both GTA Online and the Story Mode seamlessly transferring over.
The heart of this upgrade lies in GTA Online, where PC players will finally access a wealth of content that was previously exclusive to console gamers. Additionally, the GTA+ subscription service, which offers perks such as accelerated profit collection from in-game businesses, will now be available on PC. Rockstar Games has also bolstered the game's anti-cheat measures, ensuring a fairer gaming environment.

Alongside new content, the update will introduce significant graphical enhancements, elevating the visual experience on PC. However, these improvements come with increased system requirements. Players with hardware that cannot support the updated version will have the option to continue playing the older version, which will still receive support from the developers. It's important to note, however, that there will be no cross-version support, meaning players on different versions won't be able to play together.
