Killing Floor 3 Delayed to Later in 2025

Disappointing Beta Test Results
Tripwire announced the delay on their official Bluesky account, stating that the beta test revealed significant issues that require substantial addressing. The post highlighted concerns regarding performance and stability, user interface and experience (UI/UX), lighting, and weapon feel. The developer acknowledged falling short of expectations and emphasized their commitment to delivering a game that upholds the core Killing Floor experience.
Player feedback from the beta was largely critical, with many describing the game as "insanely clunky and clumsy," "unpolished," and "glitch-ridden." Several players expressed concern over the apparent shift away from the series' horror roots towards a more futuristic sci-fi aesthetic, and the character-locked class system. Pre-Order Refunds

Automatic refunds and cancellations will be processed for pre-orders on PlayStation, Xbox, and the Epic Games Store. However, US PlayStation users will have the option to retain their pre-order. Steam users will need to initiate refunds manually through Steam support. Refunds from other third-party platforms will be subject to their individual policies.
